How can I check my order?
- Registered users can check all orders in My Account after logging in.
- Unregistered users can enter the order number and email address on the Order Tracking to check (after the order payment is completed, the system will send an email with the order number to your email)
When to ship?
- We arrange for packaging and shipment within 48 hours after receiving the order.
- The package will arrive at the port and customs of the destination country in 3-5 days.
- After 3-5 days of transportation and transit, you will receive the purchased item.
- Due to customs clearance and weekend, there may be a delay of 1-2 days. Please be patient and wait.
- Fast logistics will save 1-2 days at each stage.
How can I track my package?
- After shipping, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can click on the shipping number to view it.
- If you haven’t received the email, you can also check it in My Account – Order Details.
- If you have not registered an account, you can check it by entering the order number and email address on the Order Tracking (the system will send an email with the order number to your email after the order payment is completed).
How long will it take to receive my package?
- Free shipping on orders over $30, estimated delivery time 7-15 days.
- Fast shipping, estimated delivery time 5-10 days.
Why didn't I receive the email?
Make sure that the email address you provide is valid and can be accessed by you.
If you have not received an email, follow these steps:
- Wait for around 2 minutes.
- Check the junk, spam, promotions, and other sections of your email account.
